I had an amazing experience! Adam and Nataly are very nice, very helpful and will always gladly help us if we need something. The neighborhood is really amazing, it is very quiet but it is not far from everything I needed, really close to the metro, to a beautiful park and a commercial street! I recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a place in Montreal!

Such a wonderful and wholesome experience staying at Chez Lovely Swan. It was so nice to be able to meet and mix with amazing people from all over the world, not to mention Adam and Nataly who were both so accommodating and welcoming. The apartment was fully furnished, couldn't ask for more. The rooms were stylish and cool, designed by Adam and Nat and each with their own flavour. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

I was staying in Boho room number 4 in winter 2020. It has been wonderful experience staying there. Adam and Nataly were really supportive and friendly. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice "home"? in montreal. Cheers.

I had a great time staying here (Leased the Pop room for about 5 months). Met some awesome people. It's a great place with all the necessary amenities provided. I would recommend it to any local or foreign student in Montreal, as this is located in Verdun, which is quite a hip neighbourhood. There are gyms, restaurants/bars/bakeries/cafes, grocery stores, and metro stations/public transit within 5-10 mins. walking distances. It's quite a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. Adam and Nataly were very accommodating to the guests and always responded to our needs. Look no further as this is a great place. Glad to have called this my warm haven for 5 months. I will go back, if I ever have to go for a short term stay :)

Bel appartement bien aménagé au goût du jour avec des touches personnelles de la propriétaire. Lumineux. Facilement accessible en metro (7-8 min. à pied de la bouche). Tout inclus juste... parfait!

Had a really great experience at Lovely Swan ! I stayed there for 4 months. The place is clean and includes everything you could ask for, also it is really close to the metro station and supermarkets. Nataly and Adam are very nice and helpful, always doing their best to make you feel like home. I highly recommend this place to exchange students, or people willing to stay in Montréal for a while.

I had the absolute best time staying with Adam and Nataly at Chez Lovely Swan the past semester. They were extremely kind and accommodating as hosts, and I really could not have asked for more. I made great friends and memories that I will continue to cherish for the rest of my life. My room was extremely well furnished and I was impressed by the rest of the amenities. I highly highly recommend staying here to students staying in Montreal, short term or long term. All the best Adam and Nataly! <3

I stayed here for almost 2 years and it has been one of the best accomodations I've lived in. The house is spacious, well-equiped, clean, and in a very good location. The other residents in the house are usually University students or young professionals from various parts of the world. That, and Adam and Nat's hospitality gives the place a very positive and fun vibe. I would definitely recommend this place!
