Chez Lovely Swan
Chez Lovely Swan has a mission to provide affordable, full service housing for students in Montreal. We take away the annoying parts of shared living:
- No need to buy a room full of furniture for your stay.
- No need to haul your bag of laundry down to the laundromat.
- No need to buy dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
- No need to arrange internet hookup, electricity billing, or any other services.
- No need to deal with dividing up the bills for electricity, water, heating, and internet among roommates.
- No need to deal with whose turn it is to do the vacuuming, or who’s turn it is to clean the bathroom.
- No need to deal with who buys the laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, or hand soap.
All of these things are taken care of at Chez Lovely Swan. Each apartment has a washer and dryer provided and free to use. Even the laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
Full kitchen with all appliances. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and more are there for you.

Your electricity, heating, water, hot water, and internet are included. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware. The apartments also include a washer and dryer which guests are free to use, and even the laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for you.
Every room includes bedding and towels which are replaced every two weeks. Every other week the apartments are cleaned and new sheets, pillowcases, and towels are brought for each room.
Your dishwashing soap, sponges, and washing rags are provided, and replaced on request. Toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and dish soap are all also provided for you.
